• Keeping the lab clean
  • Very involved lab manager
  • Periodic lab cleanouts at Project Leads meetings
• Projects making tangible progress
• Website Improvement

What Didn’t Work / What Needs Improvement

• Management team
  • Were able to accomplish some goals, but fizzled out towards the middle of the semester
• Be more on top of meet the e-board/project lead posts
• Reimbursement process
  • Some reimbursements were sent to Sipahi/Consi incomplete and required significant back and forth
• Communication with Smyser over lab space
• Didn’t really put foot down that much on many things, a lot of things were loose
  • Tighten up no food in lab
  • 3D printers are for NURobotics projects only

Goals for Next Semester

• Solidify an events calendar towards the beginning of the semester
  • Put out calendar at the beginning of the semester
• Build more a relationship with Gouldstone
• Re-start management team with more structure
  • Start of semester, mid semester, end of semester
• Establish relationship with London robotics club
• Club merch
• Be more on top of meet the e-board/project lead posts
• Logos for each project?
